|Do you offer discounts?|
|Yes, we offer two types of discounts.|
1. Generic discounts for everybody.
2. Customer specific discounts including VIP, Wholesale and Loyalty.
Generic discount can be found in the "Sale !" box and "Special Offers" box on the right side of the screen.
In order to view your customer specific discount, you need to have an account.
After signing in, you will see an option called "My Discount".
This option will display all the discounts specifically for you.
Loyalty Discount means that you will receive a discount based on the amount you have spend in the last quarter.

|Do I need to create a Customer Profile to purchase from your store?|
|No, you do not need to create a Customer Profile although that will make your shopping much easier.|
Simply add items to your cart and when you click on checkout, you can select the option to proceed directly to checkout without creating a Profile.
In that case we will only retain your order information for shipping and billing.
No personal information is recorded.
|Can I switch screen resolutions?|
By the way, you may switch between screen resolutions at any time.

To enable us to offer a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition.

Where orders are marked 'Return to Sender,' unclaimed, or refused and returned without sufficient postage, CLC Taiwan must pay the return postage before the Post Office will release the package to us. In that event, you will be responsible for any additional fees levied.
If you choose to have the package re-shipped to a different (or corrected) address, the return postage fees charged by the Post Office, as well as re-shipping fees, must be paid before the package will be shipped.
If you choose to cancel your order upon it being returned to CLC Taiwan, the additional charges will be deducted from your refund -- in addition to the original shipping and handling charges, unless an error was made on the part of CLC Taiwan -- before a credit is issued.
